The team from Taiwan presented the new product at a press conference held by the science and technology group of Taipei Economic and cultural office in San Francisco today. Director Ma Zhonglin said that he congratulated the smart helmet developed by Jarvis team for being shortlisted in the 'World Innovation Competition' to be held in San Francisco. At the same time, there are many talents in Taiwan, and we hope to see closer cooperation between Taiwan and Silicon Valley.

Liang Weiyang, co-founder of Jarvis, a Taiwan development team, said that the newly created helmet is made of aerospace carbon fiber. Besides ventilation and heat protection, it is also the lightest artificial intelligence helmet in the world, about 1.5kg.

Liang Weiyang said that in addition to the network communication function, which provides satellite navigation, dynamic sensing, cloud intelligent analysis and other functions, it can also operate voice control to make phone calls, listen to music and high-resolution wide-angle video, which is like a 'multi-functional intelligent housekeeper'.

He said that the software and hardware development combined the R & D technology of Taiwan, Silicon Valley of the United States, India and Belgium. Partners include well-known enterprises from more than 20 countries, covering telecommunications, insurance, technology and social media. Therefore, innovative safety helmets will be sold in the outlets of Taiwan's Zhonghua and Yuanchuan telecom companies. Because of the cooperation with Facebook, the video of riding can be shared synchronously through Facebook live.

Zhang Youwen, public relations and marketing manager of Jarvis, said that in order to ensure the safety of the battery, Panasonic's military explosion-proof ceramic battery was specially used, with a service life of about 5 hours.
